Being able to express one’s creativity is something we feel is very important here at Zenva. With coding, game art, and game design, people have found new ways to express their ideas and opinions with fun projects many people can enjoy. Along with our changing technological world, this has made teaching these skills not only imperative, but a great boost in general life skills.
Creativity is also something important for innovation – it provides the spark that drives people to improve the world we live in. No industry has seen a greater impact than healthcare. With new technological marvels for diagnosis, or even low-tech solutions for creating equal opportunities in healthcare, creative innovation has changed how we approach health in positively impactful ways.
In order to promote these ideas, we’ve once again partnered with Humble Bundle to support some amazing charities. From March 3rd, 2022 to March 31st, 2022, we provided a fantastic collection of courses on game art and design in the Create 2D and 3D game art with Blender and Photoshop Software Bundle. Through the 3,251 bundles sold, we managed to raise $6,638 while helping users find ways to learn new skills in self-expression!

Girls Who Code
Girls Who Code is a nonprofit organization that’s been around since 2012. The goal of the group is to address the lack of female representation in computer science fields. In order to combat this, the organization aims to provide girls with more opportunities to learn computer science and coding, primarily through their in-person and online programs. While they’re open to girls of all age groups, they particularly focus on critical age sets where interest in computer science tends to decline. Altogether, Girls Who Code hopes they can not only decrease the gender gap, but create a new generation of female innovators for the future.
Through their efforts, Girls Who Code has been able to help over 500 million girls through their online programs, and another 450,000+ through in-person sessions. In fact, the organization has found those who were alumni of their programs were three times more likely to become computer science graduates. Their efforts have also been particularly impactful with marginalized groups, as the program has offered them new means for equal representation and opportunities.
For every $50 that was raised in this bundle, one girl was able to receive access to the nonprofit’s programs for a full year. If you’re interested in providing more support for girls in computer science, though, be sure to visit the Girls Who Code website.
Partners in Health
Founded all the way back in 1987, Partners in Health is a humanitarian nonprofit organization focused on increasing healthcare access across the globe. In order to achieve this, the organization takes a four-pronged approach: it ensures quality care is available in all areas (including hospitals), educates staff for long-term impact, pushes for policy changes in favor of healthcare, and works in partnership with local governments and healthcare facilities to ensure social systems support improved health for their populations.
In recent times, Partners in Health has made dramatic impacts in the poorest regions of the world, being able to provide 7 million people services for healthcare facility visits and home visits annually. Each year the organization is also able to provide treatment to tens of thousands of people for some of the worst diseases affecting these areas, including HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, malaria, cancer, and even COVID.
